The Global Association of Transformational Educators (GATE) is a teacher-anchored, Africa-based association and implementation-oriented learning partner that promotes education which is locally relevant and globally connected.
GATE enhances the professional welfare of educators by translating international education reforms and innovations into practical, classroom-ready and system-level solutions through regional and cross-border collaboration, while working with governments, institutions, and development partners across Africa and beyond.
An exceptional association in Ghana and beyond pivoting quality strategic programs to increase the knowledge base of all teachers, educators and leaders thereby changing the status of education in Ghana, Africa and globally including mentoring the generations championing the wellbeing and socio-economic interest of all educators.
To raise transformational educators by inculcating the original pattern of education and also to provide continuous and innovative training tools for these educators to become excellent resources for transforming other spheres of society thus building a sustainable educational, economic and political advancement, collaboration and research expanding teacher education in Ghana, Africa and internationally
